Our Founder and CEO Jess is an ex Big Four consultant who has seen first hand every way a programme can go wrong and more importantly why.
Raised in East London, Jess is straight talking and pragmatic. She believes clients deserve honesty, not jargon or 1,000 page decks that don’t help. If you’re looking for a yes man or someone to tell you what you want to hear, Loomera probably isn’t the right fit. If you want clarity, straight answers and someone focused on what actually works, you’re in the right place.
Jess cares deeply about technology, AI and digital innovation and how it can be used with a human touch to improve the way people work, not replace them. She started Loomera to solve the same problems she saw again and again as a consultant and is committed to building a more honest, effective and human advisory model.
